RICHARD  WYLIE

Richard is a senior associate in Harrison Goddard Foote’s specialist trade mark team.

Richard enjoys a strong legal background, graduating from university with a First Class Law degree and having spent time teaching law at Sheffield Hallam University.

Since joining Harrison Goddard Foote in 2005, Richard has worked for clients across a range of industries, including household names in the food and medical fields, high profile entertainment clients, leading universities and international engineering companies.

Working with businesses of all sizes, Richard is experienced in offering practical advice and assistance including developing appropriate strategies for brand protection, clearing brands for use, securing national and international trade mark protection and policing against infringements.

Richard is a registered Trade Mark Attorney, authorised to act before OHIM, the European trade mark office and is a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
