Trade Mark Assistant
Jocelyn is assisting the growing trade mark team in London as a part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney.
Jocelyn graduated in 2004 with a degree in Law with Marketing and specialised by following this with a Masters degree in Intellectual Property Law.
Since starting her career in trade marks in 2006, Jocelyn has been involved in many aspects of trade mark law across a variety of sectors, including clearance searches and prosecution of UK, CTM and International trade mark portfolios.
Jocelyn is currently studying for her Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys qualifying exams.
